Surrounded by 8.5 acres of beautiful grounds The Boars Head Hotel offers an à la carte restaurant and a traditional carvery. A 20-minute drive from Ashbourne it has free Wi-Fi and free parking on site. Rooms are simply designed with traditional wooden furnishings. Each has its own bathroom and features a TV with satellite channels a seating area and facilities for making tea and coffee. Food at The Boars Head is homemade using from fresh local ingredients. There is a daily specials board and a wide selection of drinks are on offer in the bar. A full English breakfast is provided each morning. Alton Towers Theme Park is a 20-minute drive away and the centre of Derby is 20 miles from the building.
