Opening in March 2013 Landvilla Pia enjoys a quiet location in the rural surroundings of Attendorf just a half-hour drive from the centre of Graz. All apartments have a mountain-view balcony a fully equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen includes a dishwasher there is a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a modern bathroom. Each apartment at Landvilla Pia is furnished according to an individual theme. On request the owners fill the refrigerator with specialties from the region and provide bread rolls for the breakfast. The nearest restaurant is 2 km away and a supermarket can be found 4 km from Landvilla Pia. Hiking and cycling trails pass right next to the property. Within a 40-minute drive you can reach the Gaberl Ski Area. The Talersee lake and golf course are 5 km away. Tennis courts and a horse riding stable can also be found close-by.
